1. The Information the AMP Collects
a. User Provided Information
You may provide to AMP what is generally called "personally identifiable"
information, such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile
telephone number, or credit card information if you create an AMP or if you
purchase content from an AMP.
b. Automatically Collected Information
When you access the AMP or open an email generated from the AMP, certain information
may be collected. Such information may be necessary in order to serve your specific
content to you and such information may be tracking information that helps derive
usage metrics necessary for technical and other reasons. This "automatically
collected" information may also include an Internet Protocol address ("IP
Address"), a unique device or user ID, version of software installed, system
type, the content and pages that you access, and the dates and times that you
visit the AMP. In addition to collecting your IP address, some specific types
of tracking technology we employ may include, but not limited to:
i. Cookies Information
When you access the AMP, cookies, or small text files containing a string of
alphanumeric characters, may be sent to your computer. Session cookies and persistent
cookies may be used. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser.
A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by
your browser on subsequent visits to the AMP. Persistent cookies can be removed.
Please review your web browser "Help" file to learn the proper way
to modify your cookie settings.
ii. Click-through URL Information
The AMP may use a "Click-through URL." When users click any Click-through
URLs, they pass through one of the AMP's web servers before arriving at the
destination web page. The AMP may use this click-through data to help determine
interest in particular topics or measure the effectiveness of customer communications.
If you prefer not to be tracked simply do not click any hyper-linked text or
graphic.
iii. Pixel Tags or Clear GIF's
The AMP may use tiny graphic images called "Pixel Tags" or "Clear
Gifs" to tell what parts of the AMP users have visited or to measure the
effectiveness of the AMP. Pixel Tags also enable the AMP to send email messages
in the format users can read and ensure that only messages of interest are sent
to our users. If you prefer not to be tracked, please do not use the AMP.
2. The Way the AMP Uses Information
The AMP uses the information that is provided or collected to maintain, enhance,
and provide all of the features and services found on the AMP as well as to
track user uploaded content, user comments, and any other user-generated data.
The AMP may use your email address, without further consent, for administrative
communications such as notifying you of AMP updates, AMP content, address copyright
infringement or defamation issues, or to notify you regarding any content that
you have posted, received, uploaded, or downloaded from the AMP.
The AMP uses all of the information that we collect to understand the usage
trends and preferences of its users, to improve the way the AMP works and looks,
and to create new features, content, and functionality. The AMP may use "Automatically
Collected" information to: (a) remember your information so that you will
not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the AMP;
(b) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and
pages accessed; and (c) track entries, submissions, and status in any promotions
or other activities.
3. When Information May Be Disclosed
Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with other organizations
for their marketing or promotional uses without your express consent. Please
be aware, however, that any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily
choose to display on the AMP - such as when you post profile information
or post comments with personally identifiable information within them - becomes
publicly available and may be collected and used by others without restriction.
User information may be disclosed to affiliated companies or other businesses
or persons to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security services;
fulfill orders; conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality;
and assist the AMP in improving the its service and creating new features. These
parties are required to process such information in compliance with this Privacy
Policy.
User information may be disclosed if required to do so by law or in the good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such
as U.S. Copyright law) or respond to a court order, judicial or other government
subpoena, or warrant. In some cases, disclosures may be provided without notice
to users.
User information may be disclosed, in good faith, if it is appropriate or necessary
in order to take precautions against liability, protect against fraudulent activities,
unlawful uses, to investigate against third-party claims or allegations, to
assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity
of the AMP, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of AMP, the
AMP users, or others.
4. Your Choices
You may, of course, decline to share your personally identifiable information,
in which case, the AMP will not be able to provide to you some of its features
and functionality. You may update, correct, or delete your user information
within the AMP, provided such information was provided to and within the AMP.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your
identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and
account information at all times.
5. Data Security
The AMP uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards
to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However,
the security of any information you transmit to or via the AMP are done at your
own risk. Once the transmission of your information is received, the AMP makes
commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of its systems. However,
please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed,
disclosed, altered, shared, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical,
or managerial safeguards.
If a security breach occurs, then the AMP may post a notification of such security
breach. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice
of a security breach in writing.
6. Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason,
the AMP does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information
from persons under 13 years-of-age.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become an
AMP user, then please contact us at support@artistmediaplayer.com to have your
child's account terminated and information removed.
7. International Users
For users of the AMP from the European Economic Area or other non-U.S. territories,
please note that any data you enter into the AMP will be transferred outside
the European Economic Area or such other non-U.S. territory for use by the AMP
and its affiliates for any of the purposes described herein. In addition, because
the AMP operates globally, information gathered may be available to worldwide
business units and affiliates. By providing any data on the AMP, you hereby
expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other
countries. The AMP may store and process your information on computers located
in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological
security devices.
8. In the Event of Merger or Sale
In the event that the AMP is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity,
certain user information and data that has been collected may be transferred
or assigned as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
9. Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically without further notice to you.

information is used in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect
when such personal information is received. Your continued use of the AMP constitutes
your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.
